This weekend I have completed these projects using the raw edge free motion applique technique I have been banging on about for the past couple of weeks.
It is so much fun and has allowed me to practice my free motion quilting too. The practice has been great, I now seem to have worked out the suitable needle speed and hand speed to suit my needs, and if only I could stick to one kind of free motion quilting style per project I would be ecstatic.
