Spurred on by my friend Kali finishing her blocks, I pushed myself to finish this block. I began working on block two as well. Recently I purchased some of the Appli-bond needles from Punch with Judy, while waiting for them to arrive (that was my excuse) I took my time finishing block one! I'm so glad I waited, they have made button-hole stitching using vlisofix a dream. They slip through the fabric like a hot knife through butter!
