On New Year's Day I awoke at about 7.45am to Greg already in the shower! I knew that this meant a "family drive" Little did I know that this would include other family members as well.
My sister Wanda and her daughter Kate joined us for a drive to Toowoomba.
We checked out The Village on the Green at Highfields, but alas, it was closed, so we headed into town to find a suitable lunch venue. Easy choice The Coffee Club was open and so that was our lunch stop.
Later we went to Picnic Point for the kids to have a play in the park and we all had an ice-cream.
A lovely way to welcome 2008!
